Shipping	All shipping will be with trucking companies. Full payment must be made prior to any shipment— No COD's are accepted by trucking companies. All prices quoted are F.O.B. local warehouse.
Returns	Positively no return or exchange without a prior authorization number. There is a 20% handling and restocking charge applied on approved returned equipment. Return on manufacturer defect will be paid by Cosmopro as long as defect is reported within 10 days of receivable date. Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Cosmopro.
